I have been using the Samsung Laser model 2245 since sept 2009. This is the first time that the printer has given me trouble. Since the printer is under warranty, I called up the service center on 0120-30308282 and was given a complaint no, this was about a week back .
In between a technician came in and without opening the printer, deduced that some part had gone bad.
And that he will get back-- no response---we call and then diverted to some kurla office-----assured repair or replacement within a day.
Again 2 days and no response.
I need your assistance to sort out this issue. Do you have any numbers so that I could talk to some management staff directly in mumbai.
