Samsung has announced a new budget touchscreen dual-SIM phone Champ Neo DUOS in India .
The Champ Neo DUOS has 2.4 inch touchscreen with QVGA resolution . It has dual-SIM support with hot swap support for second SIM . There are social networking apps like Facebook , Twitter pre-installed . MSN messenger , Gtalk and Yahoo messenger are also available . Samsung ChatON messenger is also available .
It has VGA camera . Connectivity features include GPRS , USB 2.0 , Bluetooth 3.0 with AD2P . It is powered by 1000mAH battery which offers up to 14 hours of talktime and 550 hours standby . It measures 96.9 x 54.3 x 13.5mm and weighs 82gm .
The phone is priced around Rs 3500 .
