Which phone(s) have you tested these with? Because the ones that work with older models (S2, Note 1) do not work with S3, Note 3 and later models.
 
I used them with my S2,Note and Xperia Tablet Z. Will try with S4 tonight and update the thread.
I guess you are referring to MHL 2.0 adapters which doesn't need the extra power, iirc newer phones are backward compatible with MHL 1.0 aren't they?[DOUBLEPOST=1389624338][/DOUBLEPOST]Yeah, it seems the pin configuration is different 5 pin vs 11 pin.
Worked with the Tablet, didn't work with S4.
