Hi..

I thought of using this adapter with my Moto Atrix with my Samsung LCD monitor. My Monitor has a HDMI cable which I connected to adapter. Adpter also had power supply from Atrix charger. The adapter itself was connected to Atrix Micro USB port. But I couldnt get any display. Tried switching between Auro/Digital/Analog but still no display. Didn't had a HDMI TV around.

So question is - Does this work with a LCD monitor or only with TV?

Moto Atrix doesnt support MHL , you need to buy its own HDMI cable , I hope you must have got it with atrix , see there is another slot near the charging port of the cellphone .

Ok. I tried with Note also with same results.
So is adapter faulty? How to chk it?

follow these steps.

1. Connect charger to MHL adapter.
2. Power on your TV/LCD and select HDMI input (It will show no signal )
3. Connect HDMI cable to the adapter. The No signal message will go away from your LCD/TV
4. Connect MHL adapter to your phone.
