Less than 10K Samsung On5 or HTC 526G+ or Samsung J2

Need a new phone for brother. Dont prefer chinese models.

Shortlisted above and rounded off on HTC 526. But later found out that Samsung recent;y launched On5 in the same price range.

Would I be able to use 2g or 3g on this phone?
What do you think the choice should be? Need to buy it today only in Bangalore, so instore suggestionsw ould be great.

Bought Samsung On5. happy with it

1. An airtel 4g card was supposed to be sent along with the Phone. Flipkart did't send. So I had to talk to customare care to send it. It's being shipped as I speak(or type)

2. I bought the phone for ~8200. But after a day the price was reduced to ~7800. Reduction of Rs 400. Shouldn't FK refund that money? They refused to do so.
