samsung phone not detected.

Hey guy's there is a problem with samsung phones that they are not detected by their own software kies i was not able to find any fix for this problem,:( so i just wanted to give a try over here.
Please guys help me to fix this problem because i am not able to update my phone which is only possible with kies.:huh: I am using Samsung WAVE GT-5333.:D

btw, Samsung sometimes requires installation of USB drivers for detection of their phones. Download and install the driver corresponding to the Wave and try again
 
I guess i have tried these kind of things and still things are not working.:(

well i really don't have any idea about section, well should i change it?how?
