Samsung's credit card-sized phone, the P300, is to be updated, Samsung revealed at the IFA consumer electronics show last week. The new version, the P310, ditches its predecessor's pocket-calculator look and boosts the on-board camera to two megapixels.
The SGH-P310 - to give it its full designation - retains the 220 x 176, 262,144-colour display of the P300, along with the latter's 80MB of memory and Micro SD memory card slot. Again, there's Bluetooth on board, now with A2DP wireless stereo, it seems. The P300 was a tri-band GSM/GPRS device.
