After Galaxy Player 3.6 ,4 , 4.2 and 5 , Samsung has released a new model in their Galaxy Player range of Android based PMPs - Galaxy Player 5.8 .
The Galaxy Player which is inspired from the Galaxy S III design has huge 5.8 inch display with 960x540 resolution . There are two stereo speakers below and above the screen .
It runs Android 4.0 ICS with Touchwiz UI and has 1GB of RAM , 16 / 32GB of storage . There is a front facing VGA camera as well , but no rear camera .
The price is not yet disclosed , but if it is over $200 then tablets like Nexus 7 at same price would be more interesting to customers .
