After Samsung lost the patent case vs Apple , number of customers ditching their Samsung devices has spiked .
According to Cnet , buy-back site Gazelle.com saw a 50percent jump in the trade-in of Samsung phones in the three days after the verdict that Samsung infringed on Apple's patents . Most of the trade-ins were Samsung Galaxy SIIs which was involved in the decision .
Another buy-back site eBay Instant Sale wrote to Cnet ,
"In the three days following the verdict, Android smartphone trade-in offers generated by people using eBay Instant Sale grew by 60 percent when compared to the three day period prior to the verdict.
The trade-in value of Samsung phones also fell due to oversupply . For a flawless Galaxy S II , Gazelle is offering $166 only . On ebay.com , one can get a Galaxy S II variant for as low as $150-$200 .
