I deposited a Samsung CDMA set to Nehru Place Service center on 16/Aug/2010. While submitting the phone I inquired with them for the time it would take for the repair purposes and time frame of 1 week was given to me and same had been assured by Service Manager. As I had bad experience with them in the past so I insisted them to provide me their manager's personal no. but to my surprise his phone was on silent mode and its been kept aside on the desk and he was not at all interested in answering calls. Upon elapsing the required time frame, i tried to call him on his personal no. but of no use. Upon trying many times on service center common no. they picked up phone and a assurance of 5 days was given to me but after 5 days same story continued.
Did anyone face such kind of service from Samsung Service Center? I am never ever going to buy any Samsung phone in future. :no: I think they need some bashing from their seniors to act positively.
