Samsung service center and Samsung new policy for mobile software flashing under warranty. if person puts lock code and forgot it will be charged 125 rs for flashing. New way of Samsung for looting.
 
AFAIK samsung has Onsite service for monitors. call them up and they will send a tech to your home to fix the monitor provided it's under warranty. I had availed the Onsite service when my samsung monitor has some issues.
 
I gave it to Madhu infotech,domlur as the warranty is over. They found that it's issue with powersupply and needs to replace,costs 1000+350(serv.charge)+tax.
