Samsung Tablets Are "Not So Cool" . Hence, They Do Not Infringe On iPad's Design

Samsung's tablet was banned in the US due to alleged patent infringement claim by Apple which said that the tablet copied the design of Apple iPad .

Finally Samsung has won the case and a British judge ruled on Monday that its tablets do not infringe on the design of the Apple iPad , because "They are not as cool " . This may not be the words Samsung wanted to hear, but they have won the case .

The judge justified his assertion by pointing out to the sleekness and the look and feel in the back . The Samsung tablets he said, “do not have the same understated and extreme simplicity which is possessed by the Apple design” .

Either ways Samsung has finally stopped copying Apple which is a good thing. Especially when they are so good with HW. Now just improve that disgusting UI and we have a winner.

LOL.. The US Copyrights office is a joke. And the ruling by the judge, an even bigger joke. Seems the US judges can now decide & rule on which is beautiful, what is sleek, who is sexy, etc.. May be some day there will be a lawsuit asking to confirm whether Justin Bieber is a girl or not.

yeah,though Samsung's product is not good as Apple,but it have certain market because of its price.Some people don't care the design ,only if the fuction and price is ok,the product may be sold in the market.
