It is a true USB 3.2 Gen 1 pen drive unlike others that have cheaper flash. Purchased in April of this year and is covered by 5 years manufacturer warranty. It meets the stated speed during short sequentials runs as indicated in the attached speed test.

Price is not negotiable considering the age, usge, warranty of the device and its relatively higher cost elsewhere.
