Galvanizer
I've been using a pair of Eneloops with a Sanyo Charger( both came as a bundle) for the last 10 months without any issues, the cells perform exceptionally well.
So, i sourced another pair which had a sept'09 mfg date. I took it reluctantly, and as expected it was drained and allowed me only a couple of shots. I put them on charge last monday night and even till today morning the charging indicator did not turn off. Last night, out of curiosity i tried plugging the cells in my digicam and it indicated full battery strength and worked flawlessly, so i put them up on charge again. Both the cells and the charger feel warm, as is normal i guess.
Now my question is, how long is the prescribes shelf life of the eneloops? and is this long initial charging time normal?
TIA
