SAP Logon - Error

hello friends
I have been practicing SAP on Windows 2000
for the last 3 weeks . Suddenly SAP logon is
giving error .
I am attaching the errors .
please analyze and help me .

Is it a local installation of SAP?
I mean you are not connecting to a server on another comp right?
Anyways, check your DB name etc. Also check if the SAP service is running.

yes . its the local installation .
SAP service is running .

I am Unable to understand the reason .

Did you by any chance install another db s/w after that....say something like Oracle or SQL Server?
If yes, then its a conflict of the two s/w.
In that case, i think you will need a reinstall.
And, from what i gather, this is a error caused due to abnormal termination of your SAP server.

Oracle is also installed on the system along with the SAP .
And both were working for 3 weeks .
I cant afford re-installing .
I will check the Link given by You and report back .

Back up the concerned reg entry first, GOTO

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\TCPIP\Parameters

Add Value 'EnablePMTUBHDetect' with the data type 'REG_DWORD' and set the value to '1'. & reboot.

I am able to login to SAP now .
