Graphic Cards Sapphire HD5850, too hot?

Good cooling works wonders.. I have a cooler around 1.5 metres away from my cabinet faced in that direction..
My idle @ 20% fan is 47C, and to tell you, Delhi temperature is around 44C outside now, ambient is well over 36C...
My load @ 50% fan is an emphatic 59C for Assassin's Creed II, 65C for Crysis... havn't done furmark...
Btw, my VOLTAGES on the card are lower, it's not at 1.088V, I've got it at 1.049V....
