Hi,

My Sapphire HD5850(Reference design) has started with weird problems. Idle temps sometimes are at 36-40. And certain times its at 60-65. At such high idle temps, games crash up and close. I have tried with different catalyst drivers. Still the problem persists. How do I go about RMAing the card. I guess its Aditya Infotech. Can anyone assisit me from Pune or Mumbai. The card was bought from IT Wares.

If it was purchased from Rahul and is in warranty I guess you need to send it to Rahul for RMA...

Maybe some pune members would know the place where you can RMA that card in pune itself.
