WTB SATA Card

This is my next build. CM HAF XB modded to take in 30 hard drives in the top with the motherboard moved to the bottom. I am unable to get 30 HDDs connected to a mini itx motherboard. So I will have to get creative with larger motherboards. Any ideas are appreciated.
If someone can point me to a case modding group here on TE or somewhere in India, I will be grateful. I will also like to share my CAD designs publically. Is there any place I can do that?
If anyone can help me get an x4 riser card I will be grateful. Then I can use the m.2 to PCIe adapter & the riser cable to use the sata card & free up the x16 slot for the graphics card for plex or another sata card with more drive support.

Here is the top view of how its currently. I had to change the orientation for the test fit since the cables ate long. I will switch back to the earlier orientation this weekend.
