PC Peripherals SATA to ATA

I need to connect my SATA hdd to another pc which does not support SATA hdd, if i am not wrong there are 2 soultion to this...one being a PCI card and the other is a converter.

Does anyone know if either of them are available in Bombay or Hyderabad and how much they cost.
 
PCI card with 2 SATA ports based on the Silicon Image controller is Rs1900 here in Mysore...no idea abt bbay or hyd
