Scheduling PPPoE in XP

Dont know if this has been asked a million times or not but could not find the answer anywhere on Google too.

My dilemma is simple, i want my XP PPPoE connection to connect at 12AM. Is there anyway to do this? Tried xp schedular but it did not work.

I'm using MTNL triband. Does the MTNL server create a separate session after 12, I mean why do they say turn on the modem after 12. Need some light on this folks.

PPPoE is without the dialer right??

then use a batch file with the devcon to enable and disable the lan card at the particular time

The DevCon command-line utility functions as an alternative to Device Manager

for eg,

@echo off

cd "C:\devcon\i386"

devcon enable PCI\VEN_10EC
