A friend approached me with unique requirement for her kid but i don't know much about such software.
the requirement
The kid needs some special education classes hence needs to be monitored with weekly/monthly/yearly charts having all the info. Online collaboration would be best if possible else charts can be mailed between school & parents on daily basis.
software features needed
weekly planner for 7 days with class time/periods/ activities done in the period/ goal of the activities/ teachers remark/ parent remark/
Now after one month overview or few months over view the parent should be able to see specific info as to how many classes were done for drawing in past month/s of this chart, same on yearly basis. Color coding of cells so at a glance user can relate all green period as games time.
The above info should be also available in form of a chart as to how many drawing classes were done, how many maths classes were done etc.
I know excel & google spreadsheets do have some features like this but neither me nor the parent know much about excel so as of now cant use it but if i get some direction then I might try Google spread sheet which might be the best solution IMO.
Please suggest some software which has such ability online or offline.
