Screen recording app which records taskbar too

hello guys

I have used a handful of screen recorders but they are not recording the task bar and only the area recorded is in exclusion of the task bar and i dont know why such an app isnt available. Sometime back i required this kind of app for some purpose but sorry i even forgot for what purpose i required it. May be it comes to my mind after sometime .
hence kindly suggest an app which can record the taskbar/startmenu in windows
