Sd- Card shows only 31 mb total size!!

I was not able to use my 700d and thus the card for some time.
Today I inserted the card in my laptop and it shows only 31mb in size.
I tried formatting in every possible way but it gives error.
The card is hardly 6 months old.

You need to use diskpart to remove all partitions and then reformat the drive.

I tried diskpart with clean and clean all commands but no luck.
Even tried removing the partition from Disk management and Creating new partition but still shows 31mb size.
I have n't found any warranty on the card, though it is original sandisk.
I will contact service centre for RMA, because the card becomes so hot that it might catch fire.
Also I saw some swelling on the side of card.

If the issue does not solved with diskpart, then I think you may need to RMA the card. The sandisk service centre should accept the card based on serial number
