H hunt3r Inactive Explorer Nov 13, 2006 #42 ^^It has four platters man, what do u expect. Jeez think about something before you actually say it. Just coz one drive heats up dosent mean the entire series runs hot. Try the new single platter 9 series drives and lower capacity 10 series.
