PRICE DROP TO 4200.
Also please note there are two version of Backup plus. The slim variant sells for 4300 something. Has a slower drive and fixed USB port. This one has removable usb port so can be installed directly via SATA also the port can then be usd to use any SATA 2.5 drive as external drive.
This one sells for 5600.

Bro is there any benchmark or review available where it says that the slim variant is slower because there is little difference according to Seagate whereas its more slimmer and lighter as well as new platter design which is more durable and its second generation of Back up plus..............Seagate rates slim one higher since its second generation .....

No. I recommended this drive to a friend but he got the slim one and there is a noticeable difference in performance in my drive and his drive. Also I can install my drive directly to Sata port for even faster speeds.
