Need to RMA 2 seagate drives, but am not able to get contact number of the local accel frontline center.

The number their Bangalore head office gave me is out of service and he doesn't even know the address!

The retarded seagate site has the address and pin code but no phone number! :@ :@

Someone who's dealt with them please let me have their contact info.

Contact Details for Accel Frontline Bangalore

My Seagate HDD died on me and from the past 1 week I have been trying to dig up Accel Frontline's address.
No result whatsoever:(

Even in the site the closest location is given as Chennai.

I have heard that there is a office in SP road where they do RMA's. Any contact details would be awesome

It's nearby Town Hall. While you're coming from Minerva Circle towards Town Hall, take a left at Town Hall. Keep to the left. There are a few bicycle shops and a south Indian Hotel on the left. The service center is on the 1st floor in the building beside the Hotel (It might be beside the Hotel or a few buildings apart, can't remember, but it's there).

If you didn't know it already, I would suggest you to register at their website before hand and get some number which they'll ask for at the Service Center, will save you time. You can use the Chennai address itself to register on the site, they'll accept it.

I don't have any. Some details that might help: Don't quite remember on which day they're closed weekly, but they're open till 5 PM, that I remember. Go in early if you're going on Saturday.
 
Seagate Call center is not working in the above:(
and all the phones for seagate listed by GAURISH have no response:(

Have got a new number from accel website for seagate but looks like I have to call on Monday

i registered a claim at their website and the only service center available was the one in chennai,
Will the bangalore location still accept the HDD and process the RMA
Does anyone have any experience with the same..

I submitted my HDD here for RMA today
Just make sure that you register online for RMA in ACCEL before going there.
Also take the ESD Bag with the HDD as they insist on it.

It took me precisely 5 minutes to complete the process.
Very organised
Once the replacement is ready, they will SMS me.
Said I can expect a message in 7 days

My 500GB Seagate HDD gone for service 2 weeks ago.
Still no replacement.
Got mail that 500GB model out of stock.
And they not gonna even replace better HDD like WD sometime do.
 
No,I don't thinks so.
Never happened to me yet.

No SMS.
But,check today at Accel website and found HDD ready.
This is my 7th Seagate HDD for RMA.
Next time I will try my luck with WD for sure.
