Storage Solutions Seagate rma procedure and service centre in pune

One of friends hard disk, seagate 500gb recently conked off. She resides in Pune city.
The disk is under warranty till next monday, 17th nov 2014.

So whats the procedure for rma? Does she have to directly visit nearest service center or do some online stuff?

While checking for warranty there was an option for Create return which asks for shipping the disk to seagate.

Also please let me know where in Pune is seagate service centre.[DOUBLEPOST=1415717046][/DOUBLEPOST]no answer????

Dont know whats the procedure now. Some years back we need to create rma ticket on Accel Frontline website.
Let others comment who have recently got their seagates replaced.
