I picked up my 320GB PATA for 5100/- from Delta Peripherals on Ritchie Street about three weeks back. They had SATA as well. I was quoted about 9000/- for the 400GB and around 23000/- for the 750GB. Don't know about the other capacities. They had a whole cabinet full of these shiny new Barracudas, so availability should not be a problem.
