I enquired gigabyte about warranty on the RMA'ed units and they said the product is insured with 10 years warranty starting from the purchase date mentioned on the invoice.

*According to Gigabyte's TOS, the manufacturer warranty covers duration of original or replacement product for whichever is longer

So both the SMPS's have 8+ years warranty remaining

Do you have any official writing on this? because following says
"Repaired or replaced items are warranted for the length of the balance of the original product warranty period or ninety (90) calendar days from the date of service completion, whichever is longer."

Yes i did receive an RMA slip, it's attached. i'll email gigabyte regarding this and ill update with an official response

Meanwhile, I have attached the serial numbers of these PSU's so if anyone wants to verify the remaining warranty for these power supplies you can do so by contacting gigabyte or creating a ticket at https://esupport.gigabyte.com/Login/Index?ReturnUrl=/
