I've tried several ones I found on the net - each has some or other drawback. Wondering if I have somehow missed the ideal one which would have the following features : Win10-compatible [unlike ScreenMarker that loses the UNDO function in Win10], vertical toolbar and effective in secondary
monitor [like Epic Pen], access to DESKTOP [unlike 'image annotators']. Its pencil must have a variety of colours and thicknesses [most have that], STRAIGHT lines must be available, and also shapes like circles, rectangles etc [as in ScreenMarker]. Highlighter must be transparent [UNlike ScreenMarker]
and with a variety of colours. Text insertion [like Ink2Go]. Does anyone know of such a well-equipped annotator ?
