Second hand cells in chennai + need advice

hi ppl,
i own an Ngage QD currently and wanna upgrade my cell coz no new games will come out for it from now on(just a few next year) and im bored of it.

1)so does anyone know a good place for buying second hand cellphones in chennai?
coz im new to the city.
2)if i sell my ngage(or give it for buyback) and put in 5 grand .. what cell(new or secondhand) is the best in that range?
must be a smartphone and have a good camera.

most of the mobile shops give you good rates if you are going to exchange your mobile and get a new one there. try wavetel which is near gemini flyover (mount road). i have got pretty good rates from him
 
hello world the shop in chennai has a buyback/exchange offer.i got my mpx200 for 7990 this diwali(spl. discount). but i am not sure about 2nd hand models.wavetel is also good.
