Why is there a Second PCI-E Slot on the DFI Lanparty UT NF4 Ultra-D Motherboard?

the board can be modded to an SLI board

Thats not the reasone why they added the second port nikhil hyeah:.... The second slot is there so that you can connect two graphics cards at the same time and have multiple moniter displays... You can even add ATI and nvidia card and use both the cards at the same time on multiple moniters too...

And Ofcourse you can always do the pencil mod and make the SLI thing work... But getting the SLI bridge is a completely differnt story...

^^ Yup, yup Switch is right, it was meant for dual displays
