Forum Feedback Secondary Signature - To be controlled by Authorities..

Is it possible to have a secondary signature common to every member on forum...

a signature which would link to all FAQs, Rules and whatever that a new member and guest member needs to know...

a signature which would be visible to only guest members and new member upto a period of time..(say a month)

for all other members... the individual signatures will be visible..

As in...
My signature will be visible to all members above criteria ...
But for the member falling under the proposed criteria... it shall look as a link to Thread containing all FAQs, Rules etc..

This will surely help avoid duplicate topic being created within short period of time since members will be likely to go through these once before joining ... (Otherwise what generally happens is a member like a particular section and sticks to it..join forum and then goes through FAQs n Rules when stumbled upon OR after receiving an infraction)

Does it sound feasible to implement?

better to put up a Rules link on the menu bar.

Noobs dont RTFM anyway, so why bother. Its not Like the rules are hidden or anything :|

that's not the point sir...

the thing is that a general new user will be more interested in reading through material on forum rather than rules... and this seems to me like a better way to promote rules and regulations.

if every signature on forum in every post appears as a link to rules to a guest member or a newbie then the chances of them reading them will increase..... is what im trying to say here.
