According to me, Anti-Joke programs are those which prevent Joke programs from running on ur comp.

Some programs that are made for fun and cause no real harm to the computer and vanish when the computer is restarted are called Joke programs.

an example would be: A small little code which opens your cdrom drive multiple times and closes it before finally stopping execution.
These are similar to viruses and trojans. But are not of harmful nature. Some antivirus programs still discover such small codes and classify them as trojans or unknown viruses or harmful virus like files and delete them.
Such small prank prgs are available freely over the net.
