Seller asking 17K for a used Logitech G29

An arcade near me went out of business and the owner quoted 17K for a Logitech G29 wheel-and-pedals setup. It was lightly used for the last 5 months, so it has 8 months of warranty left. Is that a fair price or should I try and ask for less?
 
It's a good deal. G29 prices have shot up for the past couple of years by 50%. You can find a g29 for 15k in the used market but without warranty.
