I found a buyer for my video card - Evga 6800 pure 128 MB AGP.
His ID is Vercetti on TE and he stays in bangalore. He will soon transfer the money, but he has asked me some personal guarantee terms . I am thinking of delivering the card to a reputed TE member staying in bangalore, so that he will be a witness to the safe and sound delivery of the card, and so that I am not held responsible or falsely accused of having the card damaged in transit. He has no records of any transaction on TE, and i have a good reputation as a seller/buyer here, as well as ebay.
I have given him the following terms -
I wont be held responsible after the card reaches you safely and in intact condition.
1) you overclock, BIOS-edit and overvolt the card and the RAM or the GPU becomes defective due to excessive frequency input.
2) you use a faulty underpowered PSU and the card dies due to the fault of the PSU
3) your motherboard has a AGP voltage spiking problem ( I have actually seen this happen once )
4) any problem due to voltage spiking or overvoltage in your locality which damages your PC
5) you mishandle the card (i.e. dropping), or the card, breaks and fails due to it, (after the card has been safely delivered)
If you want a witness to the safe delivery of the card, then i can get the card delivered to a friend's place and you can pick the card up from there so that it would be better to have a witness to the safe delivery. Let me know ASAP.
What do you think of this ??
Thanks.
