Selling Android Apps from India.

Its been ages waiting for Google to allow Indian developers to sell their apps via the playstore/market. Anybody here has any update on this?
 
I suggest making apple application.chances of monetizing and non piracy are far higher with iOS than android.
android is dominated by piracy and all what not.

wouldn't that require an mac book as well as an IPhone? Also, is iOS development equivalent to android development in terms of difficulty, or is it much more difficult?
 
Although I am not developer but my friend's brother is developer and he prefers to iOS development.
he uses some sdk which allows him to develop for iOS from windows and he can publish apps for both apple and android.
 
If you are planning to monetize the app, iOS is the first shot to be taken at. Then look at Android. However, IMO, if you plan to make a free app, then first Android, then iOS. Finally, WP/RIM
