CPU/Mobo Sempron 3600+ vs Pentium 4 2.66(1mb)

I have two CPU .
1.2.0GHz AM2 Sempron 3600+
2.Pentium 4 2.66(1mb) 64bit

I want to know which one has greater performance.If any one has better experience for running both CPU please reply.
what would be the better choice from those CPU and how much they differ from each other?

Anytime... P4 2.66.... but it runs pretty hot n consumes more power... but gives better perfromance...

Your Sempron more equal to Celeron 440 (2.0GHz), so P4 2.66 is lot better than Sempron
