Was looking for IEMs for a friend when I stumbled across this listing:

The Seller is an ebay Powerseller and has a 99.2% Positive Feedback. He has listed the CX 300-II for 590/- Shipped across India.

The Warranty details say: 2 Years Manufacturer Warranty

The offer seems too good to be true. Only thing is that the seller is an ebay powerseller and has excellent feedback. :S

But I must admit that I am really tempted to buy these considering the price. Combine it with a 10% off coupon and they'll cost just ~ 530/- Shipped!!! :O

What is the popular opinion?? Are these Real or Fake??

NOTE: I have not yet purchased these IEMs from the seller and cannot guarantee that they are original ones. If you decide to buy, proceed at your own risk. :P
 
If its having MRP sticker and importer info , then we can say its 50% genuine , for the other 50% we need to see the packing perfection like print and overall packing materials used .

once its opened by looking at it we can make out the authenticity of the product .

I guess the seller is selling fake sennheiser , because he sold CX-400 for just 290rs

I suggest not to purchase this product .
 
I have been burnt on ebay before... My Sennheiser HD 180 came with poor packaging and one of the earphones had lower sound than the other. I sent it back and asked for a packed piece. The seller claimed it was a manufacturing defect and he would get it repaired from the service center. I got a replacement 30 days later... Same headset packed in a newer box... Ebay did nothing... I am stuck with it...

The seller got banned later.. But I lost Rs 900+ on defective Sennheisers... Gotta be more careful buying headphones on ebay...
 
^^ na It says 2 Years warranty still!

But i see Deja Vu!

When i bought 2xsennheiser cx-200, from Indiaplaza, and after receiving it to find it a knock off( a non techie person wouldnt have found it out though)
