senn and Klipsch have a lot costlier products compared to iBall ( also better built products ) , thats why i think they examine the gadget before they replace, 15 days sure is long when you are waiting , but it might be that they replace hand to hand when they see its clearly not working
BTW will you be going to the Service centre? I think you will be shipping them right? then 15 days is not that much IMO.
Yeah they do but the most sucky part is that they sell it to the end consumer at the MRP that is printed on the Box. I bought my HD 202 from them also, they took 1590 (inc vat). So i can't really recommend getting it from them. Also i was in the mood to buy HD 555 today and thought of buying it directly from them, but they gave me a quote of a staggering 6,990 and i ran away from their shop then, lol, u can get the same online for about 5,800 there no effin way i'm paying 1,200 moredissel said:
