Sennheiser HD515 Vs Sony XD300/400

I was hoping to get the HD555 but my friends luggage went missing at the airport and with it went the HD555 I had asked him to get :( ...So now I need a headphone immediately and cant wait :( ...HD555 is available with one dealer but says Il have to wait 1month to upto 45 days after payment...Only the HD515 is readily available in India at sub 6k...its 4200...:(

How do you rate this...What do you hear about this...Will you suggest it over Sony XD400...

P.S If anyone knows someone who can ship the HD555 for around 6k within a week please let me know.
 
Which is why the 515 will work better with portables...less impedance.
Right you are, but try to convert terms and facts into quantifiable merits or demerits...:ohyeah: just a suggestion buddy...

no chance of your friend getting his luggage back ?? and did he demand any compensation from the airline ?? Which airline ?
 
Look the 555 is well above that in India. I got a quote from Gautam Agencies Pune for all sennheisers but was to busy to post. They're around 9-10K...
the 595 are 14.5K

Wait a bit. sennheisers setting up indian operations in mumbai by Jan....

Didnt ask anything... Actually its just an aquaintance's brother. Direct flight from UK...Thats all I know...but she did say that there is no chance of getting them back...They have given complaint etc...

strange....hmmm.

Iam talking abt Rajkumar Bharadwaj's price from our Sennheiser GO thread.Google got it for 6k from him. That was unfortunately the last piece. Also my query was for members who have someone coming from abroad and want to make a cool 1k profit :).
