Sennheiser Headphone Warranty

Hi

I am planning to buy a Sennheiser HD 558 headphone. I have read that Sennheiser is quite particular about Warranty - they don't honour it if you don't buy from their Authorized retailer.

Headphone Zone has it listed for 10.5k, Amazon for 11k. Will I get warranty if I buy the headphones from Headphone Zone / Amazon ?

Is Headphone Zone a trusted site for audio gear in general ?

Nope. Headphonezone or Amazon are not listed as Authorized sellers by Sennheiser. As per Sennheiser website, they only recognize WS-Retail as online authorized seller.

I suggest you to go for HD598, its much better. Otherwise, if you have Paypal, then go for AKG Q701.
