serious problem..help!

My sister's cellphone LG Dynamite(KG200) is having a serious problem. whenever a call comes, it automatically shuts down. itz happening since a week..Now, when i browse via GPRS, it shuts down again..The issue has even got further worsen, it shuts down after a few secs from restart.i scanned it there were some viruses n i got that removed .i think there iz some prob wid its operating system .is there any solution to this problem?

simple give it to service centre if under warranty otherwise I think u will hv to reflash the operating system from some local mobile repair shop if not under warranty.

it's not under warranty, i think reflashing OS would be costly. is that so?

Guys, i went to LG service center. I asked them about the problm, they told it need to be flashed..They first charged 350 bucks, then agreed on 200. After relashing, it worked fine there.But now at home, the shutdown problm again starts

,i don't think its a battery problem.. even on charging, the phone can't be acessed more than a minute.. i think, it's prolly a hardware issue.. the problem is phone is not under warranty..

Dont go anywhere. Just factory reset and thats all but backup all contacts. sms and any other data before doing it
