hi everyone
i have the laptop mentioned in the subject. i am trying to connect 2 monitors with it but both my monitors are just restricted to 1920 resolution. my monitors are benq PD2705Q and DELL SE2723DS. my laptop has rtx 4090 GPu and display resolution is upto 3840 x 2400 .
but my both 27 inches monitors are only able to use till 1920 resolution . but when i connect them to a pc they can display much higher resolution.
so what kind of hardware a hub, type of cables or type of monitors i need so that i am able to get more resolution on my dual monitors.
thanks in advance

As per the first URL seems like a limitation of the docking device:

Single hdmi port: resolution up to 4K(3840X2160P@60HZ)
Dual hdmi port used Simultaneously: resolution up to 4K(3840X2160P@30HZ),down compatible with 2K (2560x1440@60Hz),1080P(1920x1080)@60Hz, Extend mode: A-B+C
The second device I would argue is also limited in it's capability.

When you mentioned that the monitors works with your desktop are you connecting them through the Docking Station or directly connecting to the ports on the system?

with pc i directly connect them to my nvidia card hdmi slots. but laptop has only 1 slot so i needed the hub
I think the Docking station is not capable of handling 2 external monitors with those resolution.
Try with 1 monitor and docking station check if it can support the resolution, then connect the second monitor.
Even with Thunderbolt 4 docks the external display capabilities are somewhat limited in my experience.
