hmm...may be that's the reason for the delay.

Most probably you will get it from any courier company.

Called them today, they said that the item has been shipped on 3rd Nov by first flight, but till date i haven't received it. Seems like a courier-cheat case.

They noted my complain and later a lady called be enquiring about the shipping, and said that they would reship it if necessary
