Shanghai Visit - Things to do/buy

I'm going to Shanghai in 10 days for some work. The visit is only for 3-4 days and is basically to attend an exhibition and to meet some people. I might be able to get some free time on saturday evening and maybe on sunday also.

What I would like to know is, what are the things I must do in Shanghai if I get any free time. Also, what are the tech products which are cheap to buy in China. I might pick something if I really like it. One thing which I already have in mind is a bag for my dSLR and maybe a lens too.
