I purchased some Supreme chairs from them around 4 years ago. I opened the package after 2 days and realised that they felt uncomfortable and were nothing like the old chairs of the same model I had. I then checked the dimensions and they were smaller than the listed dimensions on the website. I contacted them via email the next day, and the rep said that there was nothing they could do since they only had a 2-day return policy. It was appalling, and I had to keep them in the end.
I've worked for one of their competitors, and the major focus of these companies has been on B2B deals due to the large volume. I doubt that they care about their customer vertical as much but I might be wrong. I don't know if things have changed since my purchase, but based on the personal experience I mentioned above, I wouldn't recommend it.
