How can I configure a one-way, daily backup from my PC to OneDrive? I want my PC files automatically copied to OneDrive everyday without syncing any changes from OneDrive back to my PC.
Also, is there a similar method for Android? I'm looking to automatically back up files or folders from my phone to OneDrive daily.

If you've set up something like this before, please share your process!

On PC:-
you can place you files and Folders in the OneDrive (usually located in C) ( C:\Users\<Your Windows Login-Name>\Onedrive
You can change this location using Unlink and Relink.
These are synced automatically to OneDrive


On Android , you can Download OneDrive App and And select the folders you want to Sync.
Option is Available under :-
Settings > Camera Backup>Organise New Backups> Backup Device Folders

You can also create PERSONAL VAULT to password protect files
