Shipping Mobile to USA help

I have a Samsung Galaxy S2 AT&T which has got hard bricked . Its in warranty and i have contacted Samsung USA who have asked for the mobile to be sent to them. Service request has been generated and they have given me a prepaid UPS elabel to be stuck on mobile . I am using my SNS address as USA address as i want the repaired / replacement device through SNS . Samsung CC as told to send only mobile without battery and original packing . Inside USA shipping will be through UPS elabel , pickup can be scheduled or dropped at any UPS collection centre . Now my query is how do i ship to USA from India cheapest so that it can go to samsung USA service centre . Will it two envelopes , outside one for India to USA and second one with UPS elabel for sending to service centre ?

Went through the package shipping back to amazon thread and SNS is out with $50 as the fees so which is the best courier to send so that it reaches USA and is not flicked in transit in India

I doubt any carrier would first ship the item to US and then drop off at a UPS Collection center. You will have to send it directly to the Samsung service center.

And there is always India Post Speedpost, comes to Rs 700+tax for a 500 gm package. It will be delivered by USPS and will be fully trackable too.
 
Use Worldnetexpress. Have sent at least 5 phones to US and Canada for my friends without a single glitch. Booking is done at Post offices after which it is DHL all the way for International shipping. Maximum charge that i incurred was 1186.
 
Sarojini Nagar GPO Worldnet guy has refused to take the mobile , says company doesnt allow electronics . Recommended speedpost . I had no other option but to use speedpost as didnt want to check all GPOs . Worldnet cost 1186 as @rdst_1 said , delivery 4 days and speedpost delivery 8 days . Lets see how many days it actually takes
