SHOCK: CAS rate calculation ??!

I have some question about CAS rate :sos:

We have two TVs -

  • with all Bengali channels (both FREE and PAY) for Family
  • with Others channels (both FREE and PAY) for me :hap2:

    all total : 20 PAY CHANNELS

So, we need 2 STBs.

Now we have decided that we will take the rental STBs for 45/- p.m.

When I was calculating monthly charge, I was shocked to see the result

Pls, proof me that I am totally wrong. Here is the calculation -

2 Rental STB : 45/- * 2 = 90/-

20 Pay-Channels : 5/- * 20 = 100/-

2 different lines, so, they might charge DOUBLE for Free-Channels : 70/- * 2 = 140/-*

Tax : 45/- * 2 = 90/- (Source)

GRAND TOTAL : 420/- or *350/- if they count FREE channels ONCE

Pls...... tell me, is there any error in my calculation.

I was paying 275/- for 90 channels, now I have to pay 420/- (or 350/-) for 20 Channels !! :@
